No Smoking
No smoking is permitted in any of the rooms or on any of the grounds.
Check In & Check Out
Check in is 3 PM. Check out is 11 AM.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be made 2 weeks prior to check in.
Children-friendly
The hotel is children-friendly. Pack & Plays are available at $35 a night plus tax. Rollaway beds are available at $35 a night plus tax.
Pet-friendly
The hotel does not allow dogs during the summer months. However, it is pet friendly during the months of October-April.
Parking
Street parking is available. All cars must be parked facing the ocean in the 45 degree angled spots. Parking is free.
Return of Beach Badges & Room Keys
All beach badges and room keys must be returned at check out. A charge will apply if not returned.
Holiday Minimum Stays
On July & August weekends a two-night minimum is required for all rooms on Floor 2 (private bath floor).
On holiday weekends including Memorial Day, 4th of July, and Labor Day, a 3-night minimum is required for all rooms on Floor 2 (private bath floor).
