No Smoking

No smoking is permitted in any of the rooms or on any of the grounds.

Check In & Check Out

Check in is 3 PM. Check out is 11 AM.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be made 2 weeks prior to check in for full refund. Within the two weeks prior to your arrival you are responsible for the payment of your room. Please note, The Grand Victorian Hotel is not responsible for inclement weather.

Children-friendly

The Grand Victorian Hotel is children-friendly. We do have an extra person charge at $35 per person. Under 10 years old are free unless using a rollaway or our pack & plays. Pack & Plays and/or Rollaways are available at $35 a night plus tax.

Pet-friendly

The hotel does not allow dogs during May 1st- September 30th. However, it is pet friendly during the months of October-April for an extra charge of $35 per night for the first pet.

Parking

Street parking is available. All cars must be parked facing the ocean in the 45 degree angled spots. Parking is free.

Return of Beach Badges & Room Keys

All beach badges and room keys must be returned at check out. A charge will apply if not returned.

Holiday Minimum Stays

Summer Season- Memorial Day through Labor Day- we have a two night weekend minimum for all rooms on the second floor (private bath floor).

On holiday weekends including Memorial Day, 4th of July and Labor Day, a 3-night minimum is required for all rooms on second floor (private bath floor).

Beach Badges and Room Keys

Beach Badges or Room Keys are not available before 12 pm. All beach badges and room keys must be returned by 11 am on the day of check out. A charge will apply if not returned.

Bikes

The Grand Victorian does have a bike rack outside which you can lock your bike to, providing you have your own lock. The Grand Victorian is not responsible for anything lost or stolen from our property.
