Alan Kaplan, General Manager
After making his mark in corporate America as an international computer executive of twenty five years, Alan and his wife Lynne made a life change. Familiar with and charmed by the Jersey Shore, they went into business together and bought the Victoria House, a Spring Lake bed and breakfast. Seeing its potential, the couple lovingly renovated the historic site to the height of tasteful luxury. Through its many seasons of happily contented guests, the Victoria House has become an award-winning treasure.
Alan now brings these years of hands-on hospitality experience, business-acumen and a gracious demeanor to the Grand Victorian at Spring Lake. He takes pride in managing a well-tuned staff and ensuring a completely relaxing and enjoyable experience for each guest.

Lacey Dennison, Manager
Growing up at the Jersey Shore and passionate for traveling, Lacey couldn't have found a better fit for her career. Her experience as hospitality manager has allowed her to interact with guests from around the world and share the local highlights with insider knowledge. Her warm, adept customer service and behind-the-scenes organizational talents have helped transform the Grand Victorian into a destination retreat.
Lacey is a graduate of East Stroudsburg University where she received her Bachelors of Science in Recreation and Leisure Management Services. She also holds a Masters Certificate in Travel & Tourism Management from New York University. Lacey's appetite for culture and travel have brought her on extended journeys to South America, Europe and throughout the United States.
